How do I track the order status?
Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive a notification with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
Do I have to pay any delivery charges?
Yes, Shipping charge will be extra
Where does Synchro Website deliver in India?
Synchro Electronics delivers at most locations within India. The website automatically indicates availability of the delivery of product on the desired pin code entered.
How will the delivery be done?
Order deliveries will be made by third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
In case you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts and will also try to reach you via a phone call or SMS, failing which the product will be sent back.
If a product is undelivered and returned to its origin, you are entitled to receive a full refund.
a. Delivery Goods receipt is required to be signed upon delivery. Synchro’ takes no responsibility for goods receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated in the invoice.
b. Since the monetary transactions are duly authorized by the card holder, Synchro does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
c. Synchro is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery
d. All claims, if any, for damage must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through Synchro Customer care. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed Goods Receipt and returned to the delivery person or provide unboxing video.
e. In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
f. For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Synchro through Courier Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail, the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Synchro shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Delivery of heavy shipments
Consumer Electronics and Household appliances
Large Appliances or Bulky Items are delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery to 1st Floor and above will be made in case lifts are available for delivery and the shipment fits in the lift.
Delivery up to 2nd Floors can be done via stairs (in case of non-availability of lifts), provided the staircase can accommodate the shipment (Staircase width = width of product + above 35 cm on either side)
What if I need product and lift is not available for my Floor?
Customer need to accept shipment delivery on ground floor of mentioned shipping address at the time order was placed.
Pricing and Availability :
The Prices and availability of the Products, offers and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Synchro. The prices displayed at the Website are inclusive of goods and sales tax (“GST”), but do not include a delivery charge. Prices and offers in offline store and independent E Commerce Entities and portals other than the Website may vary from the prices displayed on the Synchro Website.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING only for bulk purchase all over India. TAX & Octroi charges, wherever applicable, should be borne by the customer.
It is our endeavor to ship all items in your Order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and a message will be displayed requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place different order for different shipping address
