Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy of Synchro iFan:

1. 7 day replacement (DOA) for direct website purchase.
2. ASC representatives will reach customer and verify the item & reason for complain. Only after that replacement/repair will be initiated with a token no.
3. Item should be complete with all parts included inside the packaging box. ASC representative will verify the contents of the box before initiating return.(in case of DOA)
4. For replacement beyond warranty period/7-day replacement period customer should buy required part/component and the damaged/failed component should be shipped to Synchro Electronics.
5. Reasons for issue of return –
  a. Courier Damage Product
  b. Colour of product incorrect
  c. Functional Problem (a valid complain id is necessary)
6. Pictures to be attached while initiating a return request by customer
7. Request to email at support@synchrofans.com for initiating return request.

Refund Policy:

No refund possible unless product is proven to be DOA. Money transfer directly to bank account of customer. Delivery charge will not be paid for DOA refunds.
